Having been in the construction business for over 40 years and having worked since the age of 10 with my father who was a carpenter then construction supervisor, I have been exposed to a variety of construction concerns. The following is a listing of many of my previous construction projects and abilities:
- completely remodeled and/or face-lifted kitchens and bathrooms
- installed replacement doors and windows
- installed skylights
- installed tile in kitchens and bathrooms
- installed/serviced solar domestic hot water systems
- built numerous decks and renovated porches
- built custom cabinetry
- constructed and contracted my first home from the ground up
- custom renovations (refurbishing my boat)
Some of my latest work(2008) has been:
- A complete master bedroom bath remodeling in a 180 year old farmhouse
- Construction of a deck pergola and above ground planter
- Installation of an exit door and construction of a deck and stairway from a newly created second floor apartment
